Bad Weather Riding
Description: This is going to be totally different than what you're used to seeing on this website. No I am not converting to quads. The weather was horrendous in Texas so we decided to go meet up with some family out of state to kill some time, get some *riding* in, and just hang out. You wont find any high-flying jump photos on this page. Instead prep your sense of humor because you'll need it to get through these photos.

Last Resort
Description: Charlie and I loaded up his camera equipment, the laptops, the 50 and 150 and headed to Broken Bow, Ok. We also had a few utility quads at our disposal. The mailbox says it all. Not much around these parts.

No Hang Time For Me
Description: No ramps or jumps for a hundred miles, I was struggling on these quads to do something website worthy. a 600lb, automatic, 4x4 ain't the easiest thing to throw around. Before you yell at me for not wearing my goggles there is a reason.

Splash!
Description: All the tear offs in the world would not have helped me. My goggles were instantly worthless after this. 40+ mph makes for a cool splash... a little chilly though.

Considering My Mistake
Description: This was taken just after that little splash incident. I was definitely second-guessing my decision to do that as I stood there and froze my butt off.

Muck
Description: My brother had this wonderful idea to take the xr50's trailriding after a season 2 inch rain. I thought he (on the left/older xr) was insane and I was right. We made it, oh say.. 200 yards into our journey before we ran into problems.

Hazards
Description: The hazards of not scouting out your riding area. Now I take great pride in not getting any bike stuck for the past 15/20 years but low and behold.. I get this 50 stuck 30 feet from our cabin in a not so visible hole.

Been Caught Stealin'...
Description: Charlie busted me as I was trying to get away on this 50. Little did I know I'd only get 20 feet before getting it stuck. Luck they say... Anyway we had a blast and it was a cool to do something different. Charlie and I were talking on the way about making another roadtrip soon. Next time I'll take the big bikes and maybe we can make something happen with the freeriding stuff. We'll let you know.
